At Useful Gadgets Galore, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and opened electronics are final sale and cannot be returned.
